Silver - Letting only service
The Silver Letting Only service is a service established over 25 years ago and is designed for LANDLORDS who wish to use SPS to source reference and do the related paperwork. This unique service allows Landlords to take control of the tenancy from the first day safe in the knowledge the groundwork has been completed!
Silver service letting only users can expect the following as standard:
Free valuation
24hr Marketing, To let board
Colour Photograph
Display in Office
Website insertion on www.stuartshomes.co.uk and our new portal www.letitrent.co.uk
Weekly Mail shots
Daily contact with applicant's
Update to LANDLORD
Accompanied Viewings
Once a tenant has been secured.
Full Homelet Refs will be carried out (At the tenant's expense)
Full and in depth inventory (for an additional fee) (Stuarts employ a full time inventory clerk)
Tenancy agreement (AST or Company provided)
Meters will be read and utility companies notified in writing (Tenant's liability confirmed from the Tenancy start date)
Council tax - Notified in writing (Tenant's liability confirmed from the Tenancy start date)
Direct debit or Standing order set up to your account for future rental payments.
Move in - Introduce the tenant to the property and workings demonstrated, to ensure a smooth handover of the clients property.
Deposit and first months rent collected.
Statement of account and confirmation of tenancy commencement.
A service tried and trusted by landlords who manage the property from the tenancy start date.
All of our fees are tax deductable
Frees from £399.00 + Vat and will be invoiced
Nothing to pay until the property is LET!*
(Landlords with more than 1 property can benefit from reduced rates!)
